QSix opens new Dutch office with expansion of Commercial Real Estate Debt team
• QSix to expand into The Netherlands with opening of new office in Amsterdam
• Dutch office led by Eduard Mantz, who joins the Commercial Real Estate Debt team
QSix is delighted to announce the opening of its Dutch office and wider expansion into The Netherlands market. The office will be headed up by Eduard Mantz, who joins the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Debt team at the company.
Through his extensive sector experience across Europe and track record of successful delivery, Eduard will spearhead QSix’s growth into the country and will develop a new CRE lending strategy specifically tailored towards the Dutch market.
Eduard previously co-founded CRELEND, one of the first platforms to address the lack of funding options for smaller CRE loans in The Netherlands. Prior to this, he spent over four years at BlackRock where he held the title of Vice President, Originator Real Estate Debt Europe and over eight years at ING Real Estate Finance, leading on loan originations and deal structuring across Europe. He has also served on the Board of Advisors for CRE Finance Council (CREFC), the trade association for the CRE finance industry in Europe.
Aymen Souihli has also joined the CRE team at QSix in London as an Investment Associate, following his role as Investment Manager at real estate developer Lamington Group and three years working at asset manager Cheyne Capital Management.
