The firm is run by a highly experienced, international team with experts in real estate acquisition, debt origination, portfolio construction, asset management and risk management. This deep and varied experience is reflected in its partnership structure and underpinned by proprietary management information systems and robust analysis.

QSix has extensive experience within the German residential space, investing in properties across Germany since 2006 and more recently focusing on Berlin and the surrounding commuter belt. QSix is Property Adviser to Phoenix Spree Deutschland, a Berlin-focused residential property fund launched in 2006 and listed on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange in 2015. The firm also acts as Investment Adviser to a number of UK specialist mortgage portfolios acquired from many of the UK’s leading housebuilders, including Barratt and Bellway. The firm leverages its acquisition and asset management capabilities using Hampton Mortgage Services (HMS), a specialist in-house asset servicing platform dedicated to servicing loans within the real estate sector. Within the debt market, QSix acts as an Investment Adviser to, a commercial real estate fund which provides access to senior and mezzanine finance for the acquisition and refinancing of commercial property. Finally, through its Affordable Housing strategy, QSix will act as Investment Adviser to a portfolio of London residential property which will be let to Local Authority tenants to address their statutory homelessness obligations. Through our highly experienced affordable housing team, the firm is also exploring opportunities in shared ownership strategies.

QSix seeks to develop long-term partnerships with both equity and debt investors within the real estate sector with a view to generating attractive returns whilst also making a positive social impact on the communities in which it operates.
